1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
2. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
3. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
4. Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
5. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
6. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
7. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
8. Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
1. Responsible to sell the company products / Services to targeted Customers in the assigned number of projects.
2. Responsible to attend to all enquiry calls with in TAT
3. Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned projects
4. Submitting Daily call reports to Team Leader
